Once you’ve booked, we will send a brand questionnaire for you to complete. Afterward, we will hop on a call to get to know your business more in depth; your challenges, struggles, who your dream clients are and what your ultimate vision is.

After we’ve completed the discovery phase, we will send you a strategic creative direction outline. This includes your project goals, how to effectively connect with your ideal audience and visual inspiration to guide the design process.

After we have the creative direction in place, the design phase begins! We will create a brand that is uniquely yours. You will get mock-ups of your branding in various applications so you can fully visualize how your brand will live in the real world. From there, we will make refinements until it’s absolutely perfect.
